These guidelines help us maintain fairness and availability while allowing you to plan your Caribbean escape with confidence.
Reservations Policy
- To guarantee a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required at the time of confirmation.
- The hotel may accept an initial partial payment and set a deadline for completing the required deposit. If the remaining payment is not received by the agreed date, the reservation may be considered not guaranteed.
- All payments made as deposits or partial payments are applied toward the total reservation value and are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or non-compliance.
Cancellation Policy
(applicable to reservations confirmed with the minimum required deposit)
- Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: 25% penalty of the total reservation value.
- Cancellation up to 3 days before arrival: 35% penalty of the total reservation value.
- Cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival: 50% penalty of the total reservation value.
- Cancellation within 24 hours prior to arrival or no-show: 100% penalty of the total reservation value.
